Townhomes of Beverly is a value-add multifamily rental property consisting of 204 townhomes. 

The Meadows, a value-add rehab project consists of 180 multifamily rental apartment units and a clubhouse. 

Kinsley Forest is a Class A ground-up development project with 328 units, clubhouse, and a full amenity package.  The grand opening took place in May 2018.  This is the first phase of a total 110-acre mixed-use development with 180,000SF of commercial space and the potential for an additional 700 units.

Rolling Green Apartments is a 304 unit value add apartment community.  The property was purchased in March 2017.  The $3.1M capital improvement budget includes unit and common area upgrades, a leasing office renovation, and energy-saving programs. 


PhilMor's vertically integrated self-storage operations consisted of 13 stores assembled through acquisition and ground-up development. At 740,000 net rentable SF, PhilMor was one of the largest self-storage owners and managers in the Northeast US. PhilMor completed a highly successful sale of the portfolio to a publicly traded REIT in December 2016.
